Planet Medical has evolved from twenty-five years of service to our community. Our company started on the kitchen table. Mike started in the warehouse at a medical company and became the top salesman for many years, as he knew the products thoroughly. However, when we had our own son who was born with a severe degenerative disease, we literally had hands-on experience with all medical equipment including oxygen, enteral feeding and adaptive equipment. I am a Registered Nurse and with Mike's sales background, it seemed like the natural way to go. Soon after, we moved our company out of our house to a large warehouse, and then shortly after opened our first small store. When we grew out of that store, we opened a larger store in Rockland County.
